Introduction:

Communication skills in general are of paramount importance in today’s business world. Written communications take many forms, but the most used are probably the ‘report’ and the ‘letter’ and their variations.Whatever the format, the communication of information is the first aim: the reader can then make decisions or take action on the basis of the information presented. It follows that the content must be relevant, and the presentation must be clear and logical to the reader.Courses may be tailored to groups at differing levels of management.
