Introduction:

Managers today need to effectively adapt to a constantly changing environment. For all those involved in the process of change, the challenge is to be able to adapt to and drive change rather than be driven by it.

Aim:

To give an outline understanding of the dynamics of change and patterns that indicate change and stability. Have a practical understanding of how to create learning loops for continuous adaptation and change.
